Could you please send me a full example of the query you are trying that returns this message?

Hi Murali,
Have you registered for an API key? If so, have you registered under a different email address? I can't seem to find you in our registration database.
If you haven't, you'll need to register at http://developer.urbanmapping.com/user/register. We will then provide with you with an evaluation key for accessing Mapfluence.
In general, the features available under our older Neighborhoods API are also available under Mapfluence. Please review http://developer.urbanmapping.com/docs/mapfluence/js/2.0/guides/nei... for details.
Best regards,
-John
